A deep understanding of mid-market organizational structures and the ability to navigate them effectively are also essential.
As a Global Payroll Account Executive, you will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new logos, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth. You will collaborate with in-country AEs on opportunities, navigate complex organizational structures to build stakeholder buy-in, and lead the execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and signing. Additionally, you will communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, manage all sales activity, and accurately forecast revenue within Salesforce.
